TokyoAutoTribe Shipping Policy

At TokyoAutoTribe, we strive to provide our customers with reliable and timely shipping services. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, rates, and other important information. Please review this policy before making a purchase.
- Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping methods:
a. Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): This is our default shipping method, and it is available for all orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
b. Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days): This option is available for select items and destinations. Expedited shipping rates are also calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The expedited shipping cost will be displayed at checkout if available.
Please note that the shipping timeframes listed above are estimates and do not include order processing time. We generally process orders within 1-2 business days.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the carrier's website.
- Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.
- Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at TokyoAutoTribe@yahoo.com within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send you a replacement product.
- Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier errors, or customs delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays and work with the carrier to resolve any issues.
